I-MRSEC Director Prof. Nadya Mason recently was featured in a video from the UIUC Grainger College of Engineering, speaking on the topic of Diversity in STEM.
"Diversity is also crucial in STEM because as a society, we have major problems to solve, like energy and the environment. But large portions of our population don't have the opportunity to enter into fields that could help solve these problems."
